The program is created to help you build on your experience as a practitioner and develop the leadership skills needed to advance to the next level. We utilize a strengths-based approach to help participants overcome imposter syndrome and maximize leadership development.

This unique program helps you more effectively and creatively solve institutional challenges, develop teams, collaborate across silos, and engage more senior leaders.

Throughout this immersive journey, participants will engage in collaborative activities, networking events, and shared experiences; forging connections with like-minded professionals and creating a support system that extends beyond the program's duration.

This experience will empower professionals to become catalysts for positive change within their teams, driving initiatives that prioritize equity in student success.

Each cohort is restricted to 32 participants.

​Participants are placed into a cluster of 6-8 colleagues for small group discussion over the course of the experience.

Nine month experience that includes an in-person retreat and 6 virtual sessions.
