The program is created to help you build on your experience as a practitioner and develop the leadership skills needed to advance to the next level. We utilize a strengths-based approach to help participants overcome imposter syndrome and maximize leadership development.

Each institute is restricted to 30 participants.
Four week experience that includes six hours of synchronous content delivery facilitated by one of our consultants.
